I'm Indigo Rhyme and I learned the fine art of barista work in 2001. I've pulled shots and made drinks for over 10 years, moving from lowly barista to managing and finally owning my own shop. Along the way I've studied the history of coffee and the unique flavor profiles of all the world's beans. I know coffee, I live coffee, and I love to share my knowledge and spread the word about special coffee techniques and flavors.
